Yesterday we had in our Brazilian carrot cake (Bolo de cenoura), a super juicy, soft and delicious cake that just fits perfectly with a nice cup of tea, milk or coffee. I am thrilled by this cake, but I have the same time reduces the amount of sugar, or he is just too sweet for my taste.
Add the sugar, mix well, then stir in flour gradually. Baking powder mix, then mix briefly. Pour batter into the greased and floured baking pan and 175 C for about 40 minutes. Bake. Remove from the oven, allow to cool in the mold, then carefully remove cake. With icing sugar, or cover them with chocolate.

prekrasno izgleda i slike su isto divne. vjerujem i ever since jako ukusan jer me sastojcima podsjeca na kolac od mrkve s otoka Balija, takodjer od mrkve i ulja s tim since mrkve ima oko 500 g. jako fini kolac :)
