I'm all in on oatmeal! What a cool blog! Never seen this before. Probably because I read most girls, but when it becomes EXTRA delicious bubbly with recipes that are not fat-and calorie-free. Wasa Oats are about the only crispbread that are not whole grain, but it's fine? I chose it away though tupperware uk because of the fact ..: S
I think that one must not get caught up in everything to have low GI and be whole grains. Glycemic load is based on what one has with carbohydrates. Eg. one bread slice for lunch, which for many is prohibited's actually not that bad really if you have the lettuce, onion and 4-5 slices of roast beef .. (Roughly roll would however be a bit better.)
