Mapo
These last few months have witnessed a collision, not just between two political forces with their old characters or the "papërfolur" with their ideas and programs, which although an electoral effect, I have the impression that very little within the political forces people understand or believe. The clash was between economic models and values they hold. Among the so-called "economic freedom" and the so-called "social equality".
Like any process, the return of property has its own costs, as those involved (lawyers, topography, etc..) Will be paid. But we are promised that the money would not be taken directly from the citizens who benefit from this service, but from the state budget.
I do not think need a degree in economics to understand that the state budget etis is not nothing but money collected from all the Albanian taxpayers. If I go back to my example and neighbor, if before I had to pay for the service that will take, now that legalization would be "free", I will still pay my taxes indirectly through, but will pay less because now even my neighbor is contributing with his taxes I pick properties.
Albanian Public Television, a public institution etis that aims to "Public etis Information", and that it offered "free", just turn on the TV. But is it really so?
First, etis since the state institution (in this case VAT) is dependent etis on the state, it seems very difficult to news (especially political ones) that come out of it, to be completely accurate and unbiased. This is somewhat normal. Would wonder if it would generate any news television criticizing his employer, the government. This conflict of interest profoundly distorts the mission for which it was established Public Television, regardless of which political etis party is in power.
Secondly, this service is paid with our money, either directly through a thousand leks old pay monthly electricity etis bill, or indirectly through the dizzying amounts etis tendered by the state.
Given these examples, as well as many others that I might mention, we as citizens should be aware that when government promises us a "free" services, are lying to us, because it will service paid by someone. And unless politicians pull their money out of pocket, it someone we are all, without distinction.
Also, the institutions that arise to provide these services, have generally poor results and not abuse the funding rarely granted. Although the Albanian reality is more pronounced, due to the lack of professionalism as a result of militant mass employment, this phenomenon occurs in all public sectors.
But being liberal does not mean being anti-state, being an anarchist. What we ask is that the state perform those activities that individuals and private etis entities can not perform themselves, as that is the only reason why it was created State. Not more force me as a citizen, to pay for services that do not want, or poor quality services, which can benefit from private companies operating in a competitive free market.

With little education and upbringing, understood that such payments are made or individually, by one that requires direct and directly benefit from this service, or paid by the whole society through the state budget etis that provides tax money.
I do not know what kind of liberal are you, Mr. Shkrel and what you intend to say if the title "No free lunch", if the examples brought to legalization service payments or public television, whether passing passage where pretend that institutions that do not levy payments have not productivity, have poor quality etc etc..
Your speculation lies that you deliberately avoid any order reality that, historically, has accepted and applied some basic services "free" deemed vital for the existence, mbarevajtejen and social progress. Nd
